Introduction
Khyber Medical University (KMU) Institute of Health Sciences, Islamabad,
is now accepting applications for the 2024 academic year. Prospective students
can apply for various health sciences programs and take advantage of top-tier

Admission Requirements
Undergraduate Programs
- Educational Qualification:
- FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 60%
marks.
- Entry Test:
- Must have appeared in the KMU-CAT (Centralized
Admission Test) or any other recognized entry test.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum age requirement may apply as per the
program guidelines.
Postgraduate Programs
- Educational Qualification:
- Relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA as
specified by the program.
- Entry Test/Interview:
- KMU Graduate Assessment Test (KMU-GAT) or
equivalent, followed by an interview.
- Experience:
- Relevant work experience may be required for
certain programs.
Application Process
- Online Application:
- Fill out the online application form available at
KMU Admissions Portal.
- Document Submission:
- Upload required documents including academic transcripts,
CNIC, photographs, and any other specified documents.
- Application Fee:
- Pay the application fee online through the
designated bank.

- Application Start Date: July 1, 2024
- Application Deadline: August 15, 2024
- Entry Test Date: September 1, 2024
- Merit List Announcement: September 15, 2024
- Classes Commence: October 1, 2024
Fee Structure
Undergraduate Programs
- MBBS: PKR 1,000,000 per year
- BDS: PKR 900,000 per year
- DPT: PKR 200,000 per year
- BS Nursing: PKR 150,000 per year
- BS Paramedics: PKR 180,000 per year
- BS Public Health: PKR 170,000 per year
Postgraduate Programs
- MPhil: PKR 300,000 per year
- PhD: PKR 500,000 per year
